John McCarron is a skilled litigator with more than 20 years of experience assisting clients on a wide variety of legal issues. Serving as Senior Litigation Counsel at Stern Van Vleck, John represents the firm’s clients in state and federal courts throughout the state of California and in administrative hearings.

John’s practice focuses on business, employment, real estate, and political litigation. With over twenty years of litigation experience, John has successfully tried numerous cases in state and federal court. He also has a strong background in administrative law, and regularly represents clients in administrative hearings, involving various California governmental entities. John also has extensive experience resolving disputes through alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediations, and judicial settlement conferences.
